My work “updated” some policies recently and when I accidently click a link on the left side of Jalopnik homepage I got this message. It stopped me from having to see a Gawker article that I never wanted to see in the first place. Thanks IT!

I wish that my work would block the rest of GM. Only Kotaku is blocked for me.

You do realise Jalopnik is a Gawker site, right?

I’ll believe it when they start doxing and outing people.

Well, that’s what ad-revenue and clicks from Jalopnik go towards.

Kotaku and Gawker is blocked for me and sometimes Jezebel, depending on the content.
One day Blackflag was blocked because “sports” along with Motorsports.com and Racer.com. It was actually April 1 and the next day the block was gone. These days I limit my time spent on those sites but I still do Jalopnik pretty regularly. My company works with auto dealerships so I at least have some sort of an excuse (I’ve actually used a Jalopnik article as a source before).
